How To Make Marijuana OilIt seems that some Marijuana dispensaries or Cannabis cookbooks suggest using, what my research has shown to be, unhealthy oils. The hydrogenating process of vegetable oil creates many other fatty chemicals, with a residue of toxic metals such as aluminum and nickel. After adding synthetic flavors and artificial colors the end result is Margarine. which only humans are foolish enough to eat.Trans Fats are created during the chemical hydrogenation process. Trans fats are hard to digest, disrupt cellular function and are believed to be the cause of heart disease, obesity, sterility, diabetes and cancer. Partial or Hydrogenated fats do not circulate in the blood or move through our tissues as natural oils would. These new artificial fats are not found in nature, so our bodies aren't engineered, and have no history or ability, to assimilate these artificial fats. Research indicates we lack the capacity to ever process these artificial, man made fats. There are many Healthy Oils which are excellent when they are unrefined or cold processed and used for raw foods. However, most oils can't withstand the heat associated with cooking. They form Free Radicals which are atoms, molecules or ions with unpaired electrons. These highly reactive, molecules are unstable and contribute to the weakening of the body by destroying your cellular structure and making you more vulnerable to disease. When molecules in the body oxidize they become free radicals. Three of my favorite oils can't be heated, yet they are delicious when served cold over salads, casseroles or drizzled over veggies. Hemp Oil doesn't have high THC and is readily available, it is a fragile oil easily damaged with heat. Sesame Seed Oil is very stable, rich in fatty acids and enjoys natural antioxidants which combat Free Radicals. Sesame seed oil is vitamin and mineral rich with a high Vitamin E content. It is believed to be beneficial for rheumatic and arthritic conditions, psoriasis, eczema, broken veins, dry skin. It's believed that internally sesame seed oil helps improve the blood count and combats anemia. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is on almost everybody's favorite list, including mine. It's also an oil that should never be heated. So how to make Marijuana Oil with some of your favorite oils without heating them? Thankfully there is a way! Recipe Marijuana OilPreheat your oven to about 350 degrees and lightly bake your Cannabis for about 5 minutes, before grinding, the heat is good for helping to release the THC, without having to heat the oil Let the Cannabis come to room temperature Add the Cannabis to your oil, now squeeze it through cheesecloth, or push it down in the glass jar to help squeeze the baked Cannabis through the oil. Let it soak awhile, continuing to squish it into the oil to help release the Cannabis chemicals into the oil Once the Cannabis Oil is to your liking, add the lemon juice and other herbs, blend with a hand blender or VitaMixto thoroughly incorporate the baked Cannabis into the oil. A mixture of Extra Virgin Olive oil and Hemp Seed Oil produces the most soothing green color oil that is thick and creamy. Enjoy this oil over just about everything, it's delicious, it's discreet, easy to make and very healthy! Leaving the lemon juice and any additional herbs out of your recipe for Marijuana oil, will result in a aromatic Cannabis Olive oil.
